Wallanza is a venture of Giffy Sign LLC, based in Peabody, Massachusetts, USA. These terms and conditions govern your purchase of goods from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order, including custom prints or designs, as long as you contact us promptly. Cancellation is only possible if the order has not progressed to the next step of processing. Once the production process has started, which typically happens within a few hours, we cannot accept cancellations.

Customized Products
We do not offer refunds or returns for customized products. However, if a wallpaper or mural is defective due to our error, we will replace or refund it. If a product or service is unavailable within 20 days of payment, you will have the option of a later delivery or a refund based on our refund policy.

Production and Delivery
We strive to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time provided is only an approximation. In some cases, delivery may take up to 7 to 15 days from the date of payment. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party couriers or postal services. However, we ensure that your order is securely packed. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country. Wallanza is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by local authorities.
Product Quality
Please inspect your wallpaper or mural before installation. Any defects should be reported to Wallanza immediately, as we cannot accept claims once the product has been installed. Color Variations
Minor color variations may occur between prints due to differences in screen settings. For precise color matching, we recommend ordering a sample swatch before purchasing the full product. Claims for color variations will only be considered if a printed sample was previously approved and the final product shows a noticeable difference.
