Satisfaction Guarantee

Wallanza offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on every wallpaper and wall mural order. If there is any manufacturing defect, damage, or the product does not match the design you selected at checkout, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. If you change your mind before installation, you can return the unused product within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return or report an issue, email social@wallanza.com with your order number and a photo of the product.

What the Guarantee Covers

  • Print errors: The printed design does not match the preview shown during checkout.
  • Damaged or defective products: Panels arrive torn, creased, or with visible print defects that were not caused during installation.
  • Transit damage: Your wallpaper or mural is damaged during shipping. We will send a free replacement without requiring a return of the damaged product.

What Is Not Covered

Because every Wallanza product is custom printed to your exact wall dimensions, the following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • The wallpaper or mural has already been installed on the wall. Once mounted, the product cannot be returned.
  • Incorrect wall measurements entered during checkout. If panels are too small or too large due to a measurement error, we cannot reprint at no charge.
  • Minor color differences between your screen display and the printed product. Screens vary by device and settings. We recommend ordering a sample before committing to a full order.
  • Damage caused during installation, including cuts, tears, or adhesive issues from improper application.

All transactions are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Your payment details are never stored on our servers or shared with any third party.

Protected Packaging

Every order is packed in a sturdy corrugated cardboard box with protective layering to prevent damage during transit. Orders ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS with full tracking included. Whether you choose from our repeat wallpaper collection or our wall mural designs, every product is backed by this guarantee from the moment it leaves our production facility.
