Alessandro Scanziani

Alessandro Scanziani is an Italian artist and illustrator behind AleArt Studio. He was born in Milan in 1981 into a family of artists and studied at IED. His early career was in book and stationery illustration. In the last decade he moved into wallpaper and scaled his drawings up to large formats. His style shifts between colorful landscapes and calm, zen-inspired scenes, drawn from travel and daily life. 

Scanziani's Wallanza collection pairs large photo murals with a smaller set of repeating patterns. Misty pine forests, lakeside vistas, koi ponds, gold cranes over blossom, damask tapestry, and raw concrete texture all appear here.
