A complaint raised within 14 days of discovering the problem is considered timely. Contact us as soon as you notice an issue, and we will work with you to resolve it.

It is important to check your wallpaper or wall mural for any visible defects before you begin installation. Once the product has been mounted on the wall, we cannot accept complaints for issues that were visible before installation. Complaints for Products That Have Not Been Installed

If your wallpaper or wall mural has not been installed and you find a defect, damage, or fault, we will arrange a return or replacement at no cost to you. Get in touch with us, and we will guide you through the process. Complaints for Products That Have Been Mounted
