Delivery Times and Shipping Charges

How Production Works

Every Wallanza product is made to order. Your wallpaper or wall mural is printed to the exact width and height of your wall, so production only begins after you place your order. Most orders are printed, quality-checked, and packed within 1 to 2 business days. During promotional campaigns or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email as soon as your order enters production.

Shipping and Delivery

Once your order is printed and packed, it ships within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. We ship through trusted carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, and the carrier is selected based on the fastest available route to your address.

Order Tracking

Every order includes two email notifications. The first confirms that your order has been received and production has started. The second is sent when your package is dispatched and includes a tracking number from your assigned carrier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS). Use this number on the carrier's website or app to follow your shipment in real time.

Packaging

Your wallpaper panels are packed in an extra-sturdy corrugated cardboard box to protect the print quality during transit. Depending on order size, panels are either layered flat or placed in a protective tube. All packaging is made from recycled materials and is fully recyclable. Customs and Import Duties

US orders have no additional customs charges, duties, or taxes at checkout or on delivery. For international orders, local customs and import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are collected at the point of delivery. If you are unsure about potential import fees, check with your local customs office before placing your order.

Cancellations and Delays

If you need to cancel before production begins, email social@wallanza.com and we will process a full refund.
